Elected Governor of Taita Taveta County

2022–Present

Elected as the 3rd Governor of Taita Taveta, Andrew Mwadime has championed transformative development: launching the Voi road project, expanding access to clean water, building new health facilities, and empowering youth and women through innovative programs. His administration is recognized for transparency, prudent financial management, and inclusive leadership.

Re-elected as Member of Parliament, Mwatate Constituency

2017–2022

Re-elected as MP, Mwadime delivered over 50 community projects, including new schools, health centers, and water boreholes. He was a vocal advocate for education, healthcare, and infrastructure, earning a reputation for accessibility and grassroots engagement.
